Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing- NIGHT Shift

• Evaluate patients and create care plans
• Ensure proper nurse staffing
• Hire and train nurse staff
• Bring best practices to the department
• Promote evidence-based nursing
• Act as a clinical leader
• Communicate well with patients and families
• Collaborate well with nurse leadership and physicians

• BSN Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 2+ years Nurse Supervisory experience preferred
• ANCC Certification required within 6 months
