Behavioral Health Hospital Seeks Director of Intake & Assessment for Collaborative Team
 
A reputable and growing Behavioral Health Hospital system in WA is eagerly looking for a motivated Director of Intake and Assessment to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing/leading an intake department in a psychiatric hospital.
 
Responsibilities of the Clinical Director of Psychiatric Intake & Assessment:

• Lead and supervise other Intake, Assessment, and Referral Staff
• Provide mental health and substance abuse intake, assessment and referral functions
• Respond to crisis situations with ease by conducting phone or face to face assessment
• Perform clinical risk and diagnostic assessments for child, adolescent, and adult patients
• Work to uphold organizational goals

Requirements for the Clinical Director of Psychiatric Intake & Assessment:

• License in Counseling or Social Work (LCSW) 
• Strong psychiatric experience required
• Experience in a fast pace and high volume psychiatric assessment center
• Experience managing and leading an intake department in a psychiatric hospital setting strongly preferred
