Responsibilities of the Healthcare Practice Manager (OB/GYN, Addiction Medicine, or GI Specialties):

• Hire and onboard new staff within OBGYN, Addication Medicine, or GI services
• Oversee medical equipment supplies: place orders, and assess condition
• Create personnel policies
• Make recommendations to lower costs and maximize budgets
• Communicate well with healthcare staff
• Provide administrative support to physicians, providers and healthcare team
• Educate staff on current policies, procedures and compliance updates
• Follow up to ensure compliance and safety are maintained

Requirements for the Healthcare Practice Manager (OB/GYN, Addiction Medicine, or GI Specialties):

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Master’s Degree preferred
• RN Nursing degree if applying to the Addiction Medicine opening only
• Expertise in physician practice management
• Experience managing budgets
• 3+ years supervisory experience
