Manage complete life cycle recruiting to include candidate sourcing, consultation with hiring managers, candidate interviews, and offers
Partner with HR and Hiring Manager to identify needs, job specifications, job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities, cultural fit, and other data relevant to the selection process to hire the right talent based on business needs
Conduct consultative-based interviews with both candidate and client, embracing the ARRA Approach
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and find the best-qualified candidates
Provide innovative sourcing strategies through search engines, social media, LinkedIn, career boards, and networking to target, select, and evaluate prospective active and passive job seekers for employment and also to build a pipeline of potential candidates
Assess and evaluate candidate pool through screening processes for fit within the position identified
Collaborates with HR Business Partners and managers to further evaluate candidates after on-site interviews
Follow candidate through the complete interview process, continually cultivating a relationship with honesty and transparent feedback
Provide quick and responsive feedback to candidates and clients
Negotiate and recommend compensation package and job offer, including acceptance and resignation coaching
Exceptionally strong relationship builder with senior-level leaders, hiring managers, HR, and candidates and ensures outstanding customer service
Continuously seek to grow current knowledge in the healthcare marketplace and recruitment trends and persuasively presents essential information to client and candidates
Passion and support driving ARRA’s Culture, Mission, and Values
Develop a deep understanding of ARRA’s short- and long-term goals and business objectives
Analyze and evaluate data/KPIs in individual recruiting results, accurately interpret and communicate themes for action with leadership and strive for continuous improvement
Requirements of the Healthcare Recruiter/Account Manager:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting and/or sales experience with a successful track record in consulting/healthcare/ business environment
Strong proficiency leveraging technology: tools/social media, Job Board Platforms, CRM and/or ATS, computer skills as well as proactive recruiting and sourcing
Manages multiple tasks, meets deadlines, and prioritizes various projects that require a high level of detail-orientation to ensure timely fill rates in a fast-paced, growing entrepreneurial environment
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and networks
Highly skilled at consultative selling and interviewing – competency, behavioral-based, STAR Method
Strong Ability to be a "closer" in a highly competitive market
Models a growth mindset and fosters an environment where collaboration is considered the standard
Proven analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and evaluative abilities
Proficient in Direct – Cold Calling
