The ARRA Group is a boutique consulting startup in Cleveland, Ohio that has been thriving and growing since we opened our doors in early 2019. We’re seeking a dedicated marketing executive who will help the ARRA Group continue to skyrocket to become one of the premier healthcare consultancy firms in the NEO area (with our eyes set on becoming a national leader). 
 
This entry level position is a great opportunity to grow professionally and build on a variety of skills. This coordinator will work alongside a Director of Content Development and VP of Marketing. 
 
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities: 
 

• Write healthcare job descriptions with the ability to create fresh and unique postings for each role 
• Proofread job descriptions carefully with acute attention to detail 
• Collect and assist in analyzing job advertising performance data 
• Adjust advertising as prescribed by the marketing team to increase performance and overall effectiveness
• Track results for digital marketing efforts on a regular basis
• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns from beginning to end, from initial brainstorm meetings on through goals, tasks, milestones, and results
• Source and assist in content creation for email newsletters, social media, blogs
• Collaborate with vendors such as graphic designers and printers, get quotes and manage project completion from beginning to end 
• Consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Support recruitment and business development efforts  
• Assist in creating resources and guides for job candidates 
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor digital marketing efforts 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, English, Writing, Business Administration or related field
• 1-2+ years of marketing or advertising experience
• Digital marketing experience a plus
• Data analysis experience a plus 
• Strong digital acumen
• Very strong writing and proofreading skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
