 State-of-the-Art Psych Hospital Seeking Expert Medical Director of Psychiatry 
 
This new 100+ bed facility is committed to patient care, and has a positive trajectory that will continue to grow. This mental health facility treats both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric patients and seeks a strong and organized leader as Medical Director of Adult Psychiatry.
 
As Director of Psychiatry, you’ll manage a team of inspired Psychiatrists and work to continue to implement the most modern techniques and compassionate psychiatric care.
 
This beautiful suburb is right outside of Indianapolis and conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport!
 
Responsibilities for the Medical Director, Adult Psychiatry (Psychiatrist):
 

• Provide mental health care for adult patients
• Manage and direct a team of adult psychiatrists
• Oversee psychiatric evaluations and development of unique patient care plans
• Implement evidence-based mental health treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, psychosis, suicidal thoughts and substance abuse
• Create clinical protocols and process improvements 

Requirements for the Medical Director, Adult Psychiatry (Psychiatrist):

• Medical Degree
• Completion of accredited psychiatry residency
• Indiana State license or ability to attain within 1 year
• Board certified/Board eligible in Psychiatry
• Experience in a start-up environment is highly preferred
• Experience in addiction and inpatient treatment preferred
• Director or leadership experience required
