Responsibilities for the Nurse Director Quality and Performance Improvement:
Responsible for hospital wide performance and quality improvement program
Implement, manage, and evaluate hospital performance using data driven methodology
Evaluate hospital HCAPHS scores and make recommendations to Patient Experience, Advocacy and Satisfaction
Uphold quality standards and implement new policies/procedures
Promote service excellence throughout Hospital
Expertly measure and analyze data
Collaborate with department leaders on quality improvement initiatives
Requirements for the Nurse Director Quality and Performance Improvement
BSN required
MSN, MHA, MBA or higher preferred
Licensed Registered Nurse RN in the state of New Hampshire
CPHQ required
Lean Six Sigma experience
Extensive experience in Risk, Patient Safety and Quality
3+ years leadership experience in Quality Improvement
