Responsibilities of the System RN Manager-Employee Health:
- Monitor environment of care, environment cleanliness and compliance with employee health control policies
- Enhance quality improvement activities by assessing and measuring hospital employee health and evaluating outcomes on a continuous basis
- Ensure the prevention of hospital associated infections and illness in staff
- Assess current procedures and implement improvements on Employee Health Programs
- Collaborate and lead hospital health education sessions
- Record all current data on health and report to appropriate parties
- Communicate well with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare staff
- BSN or higher from Accredited School of Nursing Required
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
- 1+ years’ experience in employee health or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in reporting healthcare related data, preferred
