Position: PMHNP-BC Psychiatric, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner 
Employment Type: Full Time, Monday-Friday and Weekend Shifts Available
Location: Lowell, MA
Salary:  $145,000-$177,000 + Full Benefits + SIGN-ON Bonus!


The ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with our hospital client to hire an enthusiastic PMHNP-BC Certified Nurse Practitioner for their newest Psychiatric Unit.

The care team within this mental health clinic provides a Nurse Practitioner with a workplace that encourages growth and development. The PMHNP is committed to patient-focused psychiatric care and has a positive attitude toward helping the surrounding communities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic evaluations for various patient cases; Collaborate with unit leadership in carrying clinical caseloads and productivity 
• Create and implement evidence-based patient treatment plans with prescribed medication, recommended referrals, and necessary sessions; Lead individual, group, and crisis intervention therapy sessions
• Attend departmental meetings, evaluate current clinical and management procedures, and assist in implementing improvement plans
• Intervene and help in crises or emergencies with appropriate resolutions

• Master's Degree MSN from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Licensure as an RN and Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the State of Massachusetts
• Current Buprenorphine Waiver/Suboxone Waiver/X-Waiver
• Clinical/nursing experience in a psychiatric or related setting
