Healthgrades’ Top 100 Hospital is hiring an RN House Supervisor to lead an enthusiastic nursing unit. The ideal candidate will motivate the evening staff to provide top-tier patient care. This House Clinical Supervisor monitors and improves patient assessments, complies with documented treatment plans, and partners with nursing leadership to achieve optimal levels of health.

As one of the highest ranking recipients of the NYS Value Based Payment Quality Improvement Program, this non-profit hospital values access to premiere healthcare for everyone in the community. The Nursing House Supervisor for the Evening Shift will manage a team of RNs to assist patients of all ages and backgrounds. Resources used by the RN Supervisor to care for the patient loads include updated charts, personalized care plans, electronic reporting systems like NARS and EPIC.

The House Supervisor is responsible for continuously developing the nursing staff. As one of the largest nonprofit voluntary teaching hospitals in New York, the goal of the medical center is to provide resources and engaging content to grow the transformative service line. This position will collaborate with Nurse Educators and Nurse Managers to create programs for training and skill growth that coincides with the hospital’s mission and vision.
