The ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with our hospital client to hire a nurse leader to become the Assistant Nurse Manager of Outpatient Dialysis at one of the largest dialysis centers in the US.
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) will support the Nurse Manager in overseeing the outpatient dialysis service line, managing the experienced dialysis team, assisting in delegating responsibilities, and maintaining positive relations among nursing staff.

The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) will support the Nurse Manager in overseeing the outpatient dialysis service line, managing the experienced dialysis team, assisting in delegating responsibilities, and maintaining positive relations among nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing aspects of the outpatient dialysis unit with the Nurse Manager, which includes; managing, hiring, mentoring, and evaluating the team on an ongoing basis
- Assist patient care teams with executing and managing patient dialysis processes from beginning to end
- Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance in coordination with nurse leadership and the nursing team
- Report to the Nurse Manager of Outpatient Dialysis Services; support quality improvement initiatives and growth through the department
- BSN Nursing Degree required
- Current Nursing license in the state of New York
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience; outpatient dialysis preferred
