Responsibilities for the RN Nursing House Supervisor, Weekends:
- Delegate responsibilities to RN staff
- Oversee nursing units and ensure compliance and safety
- Ensure proper nurse staffing
- Monitor that patient care is of the highest quality
- Practice evidence-based care
- Collaborate well with doctors, nurses and other staff members
- Communicate well with patients and families
- Bachelor’s Degree BSN required
- Master’s Degree MSN preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse RN in the state of New York
- 3+ years clinical nursing experience
- 2+ years nurse management or nurse supervisor experience preferred
