Responsibilities
- Oversee all nursing aspects of Pre-Op, Operating Room, PACU, Endo, and Ambulatory Surgery
- Work to develop partnerships across all perioperative service line managers and delegate responsibilities evenly throughout the unit
- Actively lead, manage and participate in departmental resource and staffing decisions, including onboarding, training, and evaluations
- Prepare and adhere to operational and financial budgets, establishing fiscal accountability throughout the service line units
Requirements
- Master's of Science in Nursing MSN required
- Current RN license in New York
- Clinical experience in an operating room, surgical services, perioperative, or related services
- RN management/leadership experience
