Fast-Growing Cleveland Firm Seeking a Recruitment Coordinator

What will you do?
As a vital team member of our overall recruiting strategies, you’ll listen in on client calls and work with the recruiting and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that achieve our client goals.
Specifically, you’ll conduct online and offline searches from all available resources that will help find potential candidates for our clients. You’ll build lists, verify and log data, add notes, perform initial outreach to potential candidates, and meet regularly with our recruiting and marketing team to showcase your work and distill the attributes of the “perfect” fit for each client opportunity project.

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator:
- Responsible for the coordination of recruitment sourcing across ARRA, intersecting with all aspects of the business, coordinating with all departments
- Work with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment plans designed to fulfill the needs of the client
- Proactively identify candidates and assist with applicant interviews
- Utilize recruitment sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, direct recruiting, and the company’s ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to find talented individuals who fit our clients’ needs
- Compile ideal candidate requirements by studying similar job descriptions and qualifications
- Proactively and continually partner with recruitment consultants to build a robust and quality pipeline of candidates for job openings
- Maintain knowledge of the healthcare industry, employment, and market trends
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of ARRA’s sales performance and business opportunities
- Eager to support the ARRA team and takes on additional work and responsibilities business continues to expand
Requirements of the Recruitment Coordinator:
- Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Proficient in social media platforms, LinkedIn specifically but others as well
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, and sales skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation are essential
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and operate on tight deadlines
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Recruitment Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university
- Experience using an ATS (applicant tracking system) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Recruitment or sales experience a plus
- Experience working within healthcare or in talent acquisition
