The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and responsive are key to this behavioral health Director role. Psychiatric Intake experience is also required.
Responsibilities of the Director of Psychiatric Intake/Assessment:
- Manage intake and referral department
- Oversee Social Workers, Data Entry Clerks and Reception
- Respond to queries in timely manner
- Effectively communicate with Psychiatric team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Provide positive leadership and enhance culture
Requirements for the Director of Psychiatric Intake/Assessment:
- Master’s in Social Work or related mental health field preferred
- Experience managing Behavioral Health Intake required
- Licensed Counselor or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Strong psychiatric experience
- Leadership or Director level experience preferred
