Responsibilities of the Director of Social Work, Behavioral Health:

• Oversee all social services and day to day management of behavioral health center
• Work to promote the health center and its offerings
• Evaluate behavioral health program performance
• Ensure mental health programming meets the needs of the community
• Coordinate administrative process and documentation
• Hire social work staff, train and educate
• Assist with fundraising efforts

Requirements for the Director of Social Work, Behavioral Health:

• Master’s in Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
• Experience with Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA and patient rights
• State of Georgia licensure
• 5+ years psychiatric experience
• Leadership experience
