This VP of Human Resources will work to prioritize employee safety and wellness, and act as a senior member of the leadership team, bringing recommendations and innovative strategies to hire and retain top healthcare talent.


Responsibilities of the Hospital Vice President of Human Resources:

• Provide counsel to hospital leadership
• Offer HR best practices and strategies
• Deliver innovative strategies to recruit, hire and retain top healthcare talent
• Decrease time to hire and work to fill critical roles quickly
• Develop goals and milestones for HR department
• Assess process and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements for the Hospital Vice President of Human Resources:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
• Master’s Degree Highly Preferred
• 10+ years HR management experience
• Expertise in dealing with collective bargaining and EEO compliance
• Up-to-date on compliance and federal and state HR and workplace regulations
• Healthcare experience REQUIRED
