Seeking a High-Performing Nurse Manager, Ambulatory Care for Innovative & Collaborative Hospital
A transformational hospital is seeking a progressive RN Nurse Manager to oversee all campus outpatient clinics and ambulatory surgery centers/ASC. This top New York hospital will hire an RN Nurse Manager Outpatient Services who can inspire his or her team while also working towards the hospital’s strategic initiatives and goals.
Responsibilities of the RN Nurse Manager Ambulatory Care, Outpatient Clinic:
- Accountable for implementation of healthcare initiatives to enhance patient experience while identifying revenue opportunities
- Transform Ambulatory Services to be “Best in Class”
- Report to Director, Ambulatory Services, oversee large Ambulatory Care Network including 6 Outpatient Clinics
- Responsible for organizational management, financial and operational functions of all outpatient services provided at ambulatory care clinics.
- Improve quality and cost effectiveness of revenue cycle activities, implement performance improvement strategies.
- Improve QARR/HEDIS scores
- Promote compassionate care for every patient
- Implement process improvements throughout ambulatory centers
- Ensure safety and compliance
- Train and educate ambulatory nursing staff
Requirements of the RN Nurse Director Ambulatory Care, Outpatient Clinic:
- New York State RN License
- BSN require; Masters Degree in related Healthcare Field preferred
- Proven leadership experience with demonstrated quality improvement results
- 5+ year’s experience in Ambulatory Care
