Responsibilities for the RN Nurse Pediatric Triage

• Make decisions about pediatric patient urgency
• Ability to quickly assess patients and be decisive under pressure
• Communicate kindly and respectfully with patients and families
• Create care plans unique to each patient
• Maintain safety and compliance throughout floor
• Stay on top of the latest educational trends and best practices

Requirements for the RN Nurse Pediatric Triage

• Availability to alternate day and night shift
• BSN Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Preferred
• RN License in State of New Jersey
• BLS and PALS required
• 3-5 years Pediatrics Critical Care or Pediatric Ambulatory Care experience
