How does the application process work?
If you see a position you are interested in, simply apply to the opening by submitting your resume and contact information. You will receive a confirmation from ARRA if your application was received successfully. Your application will be sent to the appropriate recruiter who will reach out if you meet the job requirements.
Do I pay ARRA?
Our services are complimentary for Job Seekers.
Can I be honest about my salary expectations?
Yes, please. Our recruiters are advocating for you, and it’s in their best interest to get you the best compensation package possible. The process works best when candidates are honest with recruiters about what they’re looking for in terms of salary and job expectations.
Can I be candid about why I want to leave my job?
You can trust your recruiter and have open and honest conversation. It will help us to know what you like and don’t like about your current role to help match you with the right opportunity.
Will your team follow up after I start my new job?
Absolutely! We will follow up with you before starting, after you start your position and 90 days after your start date. We strive to form long-lasting relationships with our candidates and want to keep in touch.
Do I work for you or the hospital?
ARRA contracts with healthcare and hospitals across the United States to provide search and placement consulting services. If you are hired, you will be an employee of the hospital, not ARRA.
Why do I need a representative or recruiter to apply directly to a hospital opportunity?
You don’t need a recruiter to apply directly to a job at a hospital and quite frankly, we can understand why some healthcare employees have reservations about working with a recruiter based on negative experiences in the past or anecdotal co-worker stories. We can’t speak for other firms but here’s what we promise; Integrity, Honest Relationships and Results.

Time: Your time is precious and managing emails, calls and scheduling interviews can be time consuming. ARRA will coordinate all your interviews and respond to any of your questions with the utmost priority.
Knowledge: You will know more about your job search working with an ARRA recruiter. We know our clients, their culture, goals and challenges. We provide our job seekers with in depth details of each job they are interested in, beyond the standard job description. Knowledge is power and we arm you with it.
Coaching: Your recruiter will make sure you have a standout resume and will suggest edits, if applicable. As you navigate through interviews, your recruiter will take the time to prep you before each type of interview and provide you with ARRA’s Interview Guide filled with the latest interview techniques such as STAR Method, Behavioral Based Interviewing, Dress Attire and much more.
Negotiations: Salary, bonuses, relocation packages, these can be tricky areas to navigate in pursuing an opportunity. Our experienced recruiters will work to put together the best package possible for you.

Do you do permanent placement or temporary?
The majority of our openings are full-time. However, just ask If we have any part-time, temporary or per diem openings.
Does it cost anything to open a search with the ARRA Group?
No. All of our recruitment services are complementary Our contingency model allows clients to engage ARRA with no upfront cost or obligation. You are only charged a fee if ARRA is able to successfully help you hire a candidate.
Are long-term contracts required?
No. Many of our clients enjoy the flexibility and freedom in our tailored approach to contract engagements. We’ll work with you on your hardest-to-fill roles, on an individual position basis or as a regular partner to help make your hiring process more seamless. However, we also offer a premium contracted service with select partners called ARRA Engage; you can find out more here. Will I be inundated with unqualified candidates?
Absolutely not. We take pride in only offering up quality candidates who meet the requirements you are looking for. Rest assured, we won’t send an immense list of candidates to sift through or unqualified applicants. If you are simply looking for quantity in candidates, ARRA may not be the right fit for you. ARRA is focused on quality.
How do you find the right candidate?
We believe finding the ideal candidate starts with an open conversation with our client first. Before starting a search, the ARRA team schedules a consultative call to understand the role and our client better. We take a deep dive into the role discussing your hiring goals, challenges and expectations. ARRA takes a multifaceted approach to recruiting utilizing our immense network of health professional, professional organization, advertising and proprietary marketing techniques.
What is your average time to fill rate?
It varies for different roles, locations and clients, but some recent times to fill include:

Do you help place Travel Nurses or fill Locums Tenens positions?
At this time, temporary positions and travel nursing opportunities are not something the ARRA Group is providing for clients. However, it is something that we’re currently vetting for future service engagements. Although we’re not currently set up for temporary recruiting, we have found solutions for some clients during an initial discovery call regarding their open positions and overall fulfillment needs; setup a discovery call now.
Do you vet or screen candidates first?
This is where we really shine. The ARRA approach to candidate and client matching is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to, external digital data points, extensive interviewing (client and candidate) as well as drawn from years of experience in healthcare recruiting. Our client retention is over 90% because we provide results, not promises.
Do you complete references on candidates?
Absolutely! Reference checking and verification can be an add-on in some firms, or worse, handled as a “check-box”. Not ARRA, in our process, a potential new hire’s reference questions are carefully created, the answers are attentively listened to, recorded and reported to our key client contacts without filtration.
Do you handle employer background checks?
A majority of our clients have stringent requirements and validation protocols regarding healthcare background checks and so, they choose to manage this internally. We are not currently offering this as a part of our hiring services outside of our exclusive and tailored ARRA Engage agreements.
Do you offer any loyalty programs?
