Position: RN Assistant Nurse Manager, PICU, Pediatric ICU

Salary: $190,000 - 210,000 + Sign-On + Full Benefits
 

The ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with our award-winning client to seek a forward-thinking and proactive Assistant Nurse Manager for their Pediatric Critical Care PICU team. 

The successful nurse leader will grow their leadership abilities from a deep-tenured nursing team and guide the staff nurses.  

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Pediatric Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations of the PICU

• Monitor patient care and staff activities to ensure compliance with hospital policies and individual care plans. 

• Provide guidance and support to staff nurses as needed to maintain high standards of patient care

• Develop and implement plans to improve the quality of care provided by the ICU

• Participate in the recruitment, orientation, evaluations, and training of new staff nurses

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing BSN

• Valid CA RN license

• Clinical nursing experience within Pediatrics, Pediatric Critical Care, PICU

• Experience as a Preceptor, Charge Nurse, RN Coordinator, or Assistant RN Manager
