The ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with our award-winning hospital client to hire a team-oriented Cardiac Catheterization Lab Assistant Nurse Manager.
The Assistant Nurse Manager for the CCL will collaborate with the Charge Nurse to assist in staff management, development, and patient care, focusing on achieving positive patient outcomes and attaining unit objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Nurse Management to create and implement clinical training and educational programs, quality improvement initiatives along with supporting unit and departmental financial goals
- Foster teamwork and compassionate communication among staff through team-building activities
- Evaluate the post-patient care process to ensure the successful implementation of care plans
- Encourage open communication among staff and promote positive patient outcomes and departmental goals
- Provide patient care as needed and act as a nurse resource expert within clinical practice
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN License in Oregon
- Clinical experience within Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Cardiac Critical Care, or related settings
- Leadership/supervisor nursing experience
