Responsibilities of the Behavioral Health Therapist LCSW, LMFT, LPC:
- Facilitate groups for PHP (Partial Hospitalization Programs) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Programs)
- Deliver patient-centered mental/behavioral health care for adult psych patients
- Compassionately encourage patients to discuss emotions and experiences
- Lead progressive individual, groups of 5-10 patients and/or family counseling sessions
- Develop personalized behavioral treatment plans
- Analyze issues dealing with substance abuse, addiction, depression, behavioral disorders and various mental health issues
- CT licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or Psychologist REQUIRED
- Masters Degree Required
- Experience working with adult psychiatry a plus
- Familiarity with EPIC software a plus
