New Behavioral Health Center Seeks Out Experienced CEO for Exciting Opportunity
This progressive behavioral health hospital is in a period of growth and looking for an experienced CEO to continue to lead them to achieve their goals and continue to thrive.
This CEO Chief Executive Officer will develop budgets, monitor financial growth, set strategic initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the hospital. We seek a passionate and dedicated CEO who will strive to deliver the best care possible to every patient and fulfill the hospital's mission and vision.
Responsibilities of the CEO Chief Executive Officer, Behavioral Health:
- Foster a positive environment and culture for employees and patients
- Bring innovative ideas and strategies
- Oversee business development and marketing efforts
- Prepare and deliver reports
- Effectively recruit healthcare leadership as necessary
- Develop policies and procedures for behavioral health hospital
- Prepare regular reports, budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with leadership and board
- Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of regulatory compliance
Requirements for the CEO Chief Executive Officer, Behavioral Health:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related
- Minimum 3 years of effective CEO experience, preferably in a for-profit psych setting
- Previous behavioral/psychiatric health care experience required
- Demonstrates excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities
