Responsibilities of the CMO Chief Medical Officer
- Bring world-class strategies and medical care initiatives
- Ensure medical staff follows safety and compliance protocols
- Deliver reports to executive leadership
- Evaluate financial statements and set budgets
- Collaborate with other hospital executives effectively
- Assess current methodologies and practices and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop a Medical Doctor training program and monitor implementation
- Create strategic plans to improve costs, staffing, and patient satisfaction scores
- Implement MD retention plans, decrease attrition
- Doctor of Medicine, MD Required
- Inpatient Acute Care Hospital Leadership Experience, Required
- Knowledgeable of safety standards and compliance
- Business Mindset, Strategical
- Proven leadership experience as Medical Director and above
