This finance leadership position will provide support to and report directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities for the Hospital Finance Director, Decision Support
- Manage day-to-day operations; supervise and evaluate finance team
- Create strategic financial plans to improve success rates and patient care
- Work to improve healthcare efficiencies
- Direct accounting, reserves, expenditures, credit, property and internal controls
- Analyze funding, expenses, overhead costs, trends and projections
- Interpret financial documents and easily explain patient reimbursement techniques
- Develop budgets and detailed financial reports
- Recommend budget adjustments as needed to CFO
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Services, or Data Analytics
- 8+ years financial healthcare experience
- 3 - 5 years experience in healthcare finance
- Familiarity with Excel, additional knowledge of healthcare finance programs is a plus
