The Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging team at this facility needs a strong Director who can act as a resource and advocate for team development, quality patient outcomes, and growth within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and management of the imaging diagnostic center services- MRI, CT or CAT Scan, Ultrasound, General Diagnostic Imaging, and Nuclear Medicine
- Utilize your experienced management and expertise to make suggestions for new trainings, improvements, or resources that will achieve quality goals, positive patient outcomes, and team engagement
- Report to Executive Leadership regarding employee or department evaluations or assessments, quality control, and quality assurance
- Assist in fiscal and operational budget creation, maintenance, and review
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Current New York License and Registered ARRT
- Management or leadership experience, such as manager/director level
