Responsibilities of the Healthcare Practice Manager:
- Hire and onboard new staff within multiple specialities including, Addiction Medicine, or GI services
- Oversee medical equipment supplies: place orders, and assess condition
- Create personnel policies
- Make recommendations to lower costs and maximize budgets
- Communicate well with healthcare staff
- Provide administrative support to physicians, providers and healthcare team
- Educate staff on current policies, procedures and compliance updates
- Follow up to ensure compliance and safety are maintained
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Master’s Degree preferred
- RN Nursing degree is a plus
- Expertise in physician practice management
- Experience managing budgets
- 3+ years supervisory experience
