Nurse Manager for the
Electrophysiology Cardiac Catheterization Lab (EP, CCL).
The
EP Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager will work closely with a team of highly skilled nurses and technicians and collaborate closely with leadership to maintain a culture of integrity, respect, and coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the staff and daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, such as the scheduling, budgeting, and equipment/supplies maintenance
- Lead by example and foster a team culture that values a positive, patient + mission-first mindset, accountability, and self-reliance
- Formulate programs to enhance staff expertise, skills-gaps and encourages team cohesiveness, and drives retention rates forward
- Collaborate with the CCL Cardiac Cath Nurse Director to implement strategies and quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s BSN Degree
- Current Nursing license in the state of Texas
- Strong clinical experience within Cardiac Electrophysiology EP/Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Cardiac Critical Care, or related settings
- Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator, or related nursing leadership/supervisory experience
