Develop and mentor a team of skilled oncology nurses while guiding them through ongoing professional development and education.
Set ambitious short- and long-term goals for the unit, enhancing patient care and streamlining operational efficiency.
Lead the charge in creating a positive, forward-thinking culture that embraces continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
24/7 operational responsibilities of the inpatient oncology units including fiscal budget to ensure a cost-effective service line while maintaining high-quality care
Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
At least 4 years of nursing management experience.
5+ years of oncology nursing experience (BMT experience a plus).
Oncology Nurse Certification (ONC) or similar certification is a bonus.
Experience with Epic EMR and proven leadership in driving quality and culture change.
