This physician group, integrated with an excellent non-profit healthcare system, is seeking a Practice Manager to improve gaps and delays within the daily operations and treatment plans while adhering to internal and external budgets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and all patient service lines of this Joint Commission, Gold Certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Practice
- Organize staff assignment and patient treatment plans to prevent delays within appointment scheduling, registration, referral management, and authorization processes
- Collaborate with the Lead Physician and Director of Physician Practice Management to evaluate and improve patient care gaps, templates, and direct/indirect patient contact
- Create and adhere to a cost-efficient budget without compromising the quality of patient care
- Degree in practice management, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of medical office/ physician practice/ medical group practice experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience in ambulatory care, physician practice, medical group management
