Responsibilities
- Assist the Nurse Manager with oversight of the department and supervision of the staff in the unit
- Participate in hiring, evaluations, training, and onboarding new team members
- Ensure individualized care plans for patients are accurately performed, documented, and reported; stepping in to help the team as needed
- Utilize available resources to proactively offer support and work to foster positive teamwork and collaboration through evidence-based nursing practices
- Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives and nursing educational programs
- Associate's Degree in Nursing, ADN
- Current RN licensure
- Nursing experience in ICU, Med-Surg, Tele, Cardiac, or related inpatient acute care settings
- RN Charge/Coordinator/Leadership experience
