Responsibilities of the RN Nurse Manager Endoscopy
- Oversee endoscopic nursing staff, ensure proper staffing
- Train and mentor the RN team
- Prepare sedation for gastrointestinal and other procedures
- Screen and diagnose respiratory and gastroenterological conditions
- Create unique patient treatment plans
- Communicate kindly with patients and families
- Treat disorders such as Crohn's, Celiac, and Barrett’s esophagus
- Collaborate well with the nursing team
- Ensure safety and compliance
- Carefully follow processes and best practices
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or in the process of obtaining, strongly preferred
- Current New York Nursing License
- 5+ years of Endoscopy experience
- 1+ years of supervisory/management experience
