The internal medicine providers in this office are seeking a Nurse Supervisor ready to support the Physician Practice Manager with improving adult patient outcomes through advanced care development, efficient scheduling, and regularly updated patient records.

The internal medicine providers in this office are seeking a Nurse Supervisor ready to support the Physician Practice Manager with improving adult patient outcomes through advanced care development, efficient scheduling, and regularly updated patient records.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the Practice Manager assistance with the oversight of the internal medicine practice, office administration, and support of nursing staff
- Actively participate in office staffing decisions, including interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, and evaluation
- Collaborate with the provider team to maintain updated adult patient files, medical charts, and health records
- Support the Internal Medicine Practice Manager, Physicians, and APPs by creating efficient appointment scheduling and improving patient outcomes and experiences
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse RN License in New Hampshire
- Nursing experience within internal medicine, primary care, or a related field
