The surgeons and staff in this Surgery Center need a Lead Nurse ready to advance patient care, maintain efficient scheduling of all pre/post and follow-up appointments, and ensure regular communication throughout the practice.

The surgeons and staff in this Surgery Center need a Lead Nurse ready to advance patient care, maintain efficient scheduling of all pre/post and follow-up appointments, and ensure regular communication throughout the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the Director of Practice Operations assistance with patient coordination and flow within the surgery center
- Coordinate all pre and post-op schedules, perform follow-ups, and support advancement of practice, quality of care, and patient satisfaction
- Act as the primary nurse for patient and staff support and overall care; maintain updated patient files, medical charts, and health records
- Lead collaboration throughout the clinic, focusing on achieving set practice goals and communication between all clinic staff
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse RN license in New Hampshire
- Nursing experience in Operating Room (OR), Ambulatory Surgery, Outpatient Surgery, Perioperative Services
