Responsibilities of the Clinical Assistant Manager, Electrophysiology, EP Lab:
- Oversee staff education, orientation, and precepting of 20+ FTE staff
- Assist the EP Lab manager in developing and monitoring the departmental budget; coordinating the purchasing and payroll processes, and serving as a clinical resource to team members
- Manage 24/7 coverage of daily operations within the lab, including imaging, monitoring, mapping, and recording systems
- Provide education and resources for patients on available services, including implantable devices or therapeutic procedures
- Bachelor's Level Degree in Electrophysiology or related field
- Current Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
- 3+ years of experience in cardiac electrophysiology EP Lab
- 2+ years experience in management/leadership
