The ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with our hospital client to hire a Clinical Assistant Manager, Electrophysiology. As a Top 100 Hospital by Watson Health, the RCES-certified EP Lab Coordinator will assist the Electrophysiology Clinical Manager in staff hiring, retention, and training. The EP Lab Coordinator/Assistant Manager will support quality improvement, process improvement, and patient outcomes throughout Electrophysiology.
Responsibilities of the ClinicalAssistant Manager, Electrophysiology, EP Lab:
Oversee staff education, orientation, and precepting of 20+ FTE staff
Assist the EP Lab manager in developing and monitoring the departmental budget; coordinating the purchasing and payroll processes, and serving as a clinical resource to team members
Manage 24/7 coverage of daily operations within the lab, including imaging, monitoring, mapping, and recording systems
Provide education and resources for patients on available services, including implantable devices or therapeutic procedures
Requirements for the Clinical Assistant Manager Electrophysiology, EP Lab:
Bachelor's Level Degree in Electrophysiology or related field
Current Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
3+ years of experience in cardiac electrophysiology EP Lab
2+ years experience in management/leadership
