****Experience in a psychiatric setting is required. Strong inpatient experience would be ideal.
 
Responsibilities of the CEO Chief Executive Officer, Behavioral Health:
 

• Foster a positive environment and culture for employees and patients
• Bring innovative ideas and strategies
• Oversee business development and marketing efforts
• Prepare and deliver reports
• Effectively recruit healthcare leadership as necessary
• Develop policies and procedures for behavioral health hospital
• Prepare regular reports, budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with leadership and corporate
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of regulatory compliance
