Responsibilities of the Hospital Network Administrator:

• Manage network engineering and operations
• Monitor servers, switches and firewalls
• Ensure all aspects of network operations are working cohesively
• Backup critical data on daily and monthly basis
• Support cost-effective and quality IT solutions
• Efficiently maximize IT budget, manage vendor relationships
• Manage projects ensuring timelines are met
• Oversee phone and fax systems
• Collaborate well with hospital leadership

Requirements for the Hospital Network Administrator:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years network administration required
• Experience in virtual infrastructure management
• Experience in healthcare network administration required
