The ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with our Hospital Client to hire an experienced Radiology Technologist for Interventional Radiology (IR) and Computed Tomography (CT).

As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating radiologic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical interpretation. You will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures. This role plays a critical role in patient care and diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic imaging examinations, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and other related procedures, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with patients to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure their comfort and cooperation during imaging tests.
• Ensure the production of high-quality diagnostic images by optimizing equipment settings and positioning patients accurately.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review and interpret images, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in radiologic technology and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Valid state Radiologic Technologist license in Texas.
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification preferred.
