Responsibilities for the Nursing RN Educator, Maternity Services:

• Develop and implement Labor and Delivery nursing education programs, nursing protocols, policies and procedures
• Create L&D nursing education and curriculum
• Evaluate and analyze nursing processes, procedures, and educational programs
• Communicate well with nursing team and leadership
• Stay abreast to the latest educational techniques and evidence-based practices and research
• Ensure compliance and safety
• Promote evidence-based nursing care

Requirements for the Nursing RN Educator, Maternity Services:

• BSN Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing
• Masters degree preferred, MSN in Education a plus!
• Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred
• 5+ years clinical Maternity experience
• 1+ years experience in nurse educator role preferred
