Ambitious Telemetry Nurse Manager Needed for Innovative Hospital
This top New York hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Telemetry RN Nurse Manager who can bring expertise to the unit and inspire the nursing team to deliver the highest quality of care to each and every patient.
This hospital features a 30-bed Tele unit, and is soon expanding to 60 beds, so this Nurse Manager position comes at an opportune time as the department expands. This Telemetry Nurse Manager will report to the Critical Care RN Director.
Responsibilities for the Nurse RN Manager Telemetry:
- Manage telemetry unit
- Expertly monitor patient vitals
- Provide technological expertise with equipment and monitoring
- Bring experience in cardiac, stroke and high blood pressure patient care
- Communicate clearly and kindly with patients and families
- Collaborate with medical surgical nurses and team
Responsibilities for the Nurse RN Manager Telemetry:
- BSN Nursing Degree
- MSN, Master’s Degree Preferred
- Current Nursing license in state of New York
- Union experience a plus
- High EQ and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire nursing staff
