Abby Cravotta is the strong and fearless leader that keeps ARRA growing, thriving and constantly evolving. Abby brings over 20 years of consulting experience, with career highlights spanning several industries, including human resources, healthcare and interior design (so our office is not only efficient, but it’s hip too). She has always had a passion for working closely with business owners, leaders and teams; helping them meet their goals and find success. Known for wearing several hats, you will always find her putting her employees first and doing whatever is necessary to support their success and the success of the company.

She is a servant leader who will get down in the trenches with her team, as they work to uphold the values that ARRA was founded on: integrity, honest relationships and results. A graduate of Youngstown State University, she took her years of experience in business and consulting and put it into the fascinating world of recruiting that requires active listening, hustle, grit and transformational leadership.

Q: What makes you great at your job?

"One thing my experience in this industry has taught me is you always have to be listening. In recruiting, listening to what the person wants, what they need and understanding why is what sets someone apart from a good consultant and a great consultant.

Q: Outside of the office you might find me…

On the weekend you will find me playing on the floor with kiddies, cooking dinner with the hubs and playing a competitive, loving game of cards with my extended family. A mommy to two, a dedicated wife, supportive sister and loving daughter, weekends are for my family.

Q: What is your favorite thing about working at ARRA?

My favorite thing about ARRA is ARRA! It is our team of people that keep me going everyday. I love the work we do, but ARRA was created for the people.

Q: What is a fun fact or something that people may not know about you?

One thing people may not know about me is I hate doing laundry.

Q: Where can someone find you on the weekend?

I'm probably playing with my two little ones, cooking a delicious dinner with my husband or playing a loud, yet fun card game with my large extended family.
