Responsibilities of the RN Assistant Nurse Manager ICU, Critical Care, CCU:
- Management support of critical care unit and staff
- Assist in oversight of ICU/CCU budgeting and planning
- Coordination assistance in the creation of standards of care
- Monitor patients, ensure quality care provided
- Partner with Clinical Manager to evaluate ICU and CCU nursing teams
- Continually work with Leadership to introduce process improvements to advance the department
- Encourage and facilitate staff training and development
- Implement performance improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing BSN
- Current New Jersey RN Nursing License
- 1+ years critical care, ICU, or related nursing experience
- BLS/CPR and ACLS certified
- 1+ years managerial experience preferred
- Certified Nurse Leader CNL is a plus
